Join the inaugural Montinhos dos Pegos Run and Walk on October 18, 2026, organized by the Centro Social e Cultura dos Montinhos dos Pegos with support from the Municipality of Coruche. This event promotes a healthy lifestyle and celebrates the region as the World Cork Capital.

The event takes place at the Montinhos dos Pegos Football Field, featuring urban and woodland routes. The run covers approximately 10 km and the walk 5 km, both starting and finishing at the same location. The run includes checkpoints and liquid refreshment stations, with full safety and sports insurance for all participants.

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, liquid and fruit refreshments at finish, meal (pork sandwich and drink), souvenir for all walk participants.

🏆 Prizes Run: Trophies for top 3 in each age group and top 5 overall male and female, trophy for oldest finisher, trophies for top 5 teams. Walk: No ranking, all receive a souvenir.
