Experience the thrill of open water swimming in Tarragona with the 11th edition of this iconic crossing! Organized by Club Natació Tàrraco, this event challenges swimmers of all levels, including adapted categories.

Part of the Catalan Open Water Circuit, it offers distances from 800 meters for kids and adapted categories to a 5000-meter swim for adults, starting and finishing at iconic Tarragona beaches.

Routes cover Miracle, Arrabassada, Cossis, Platja Llarga beaches and more, in a safe, well-supported environment with kayaks, boats, and lifeguards.

• 2500 m Crossing + Adapted Group 2 – Start 11:00 · License and classification required
• 5000 m Crossing – Start 09:00 · Federative license required
• Double Crown (5000 m + 2500 m) · Participation in both events

⏰ Schedule

• 07:15-08:00: Bib pickup for 5000 m
• 08:00-08:45: Bib pickup for 800 m
• 08:15: Bus departure for 5000 m participants
• 09:00: Start Kids and 5000 m crossings
• 09:15-10:15: Bib pickup for 2500 m
• 09:20: Start Adapted Minors
• 09:45: Start Adapted Group 1 + Open Adapted
• 10:30: Bus departure for 2500 m participants
• 11:00: Start 2500 m + Adapted Group 2
• 10:30: Kids prize giving
• 13:30: Prize giving for adapted and other crossings

🎽 Registration includes Bib, civil liability insurance, refreshments with water, isotonic drinks, fruit and snacks, baggage storage, and post-race aperitif.
