The 4th Ílhavo Duathlon is a must for sprint duathlon enthusiasts, combining running and cycling in an open and inclusive competition. Organized by ADI - Associação Desportiva de Ílhavo in partnership with the Ílhavo City Council and São Salvador Parish, this event takes place on November 15, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM at Jardim Henriqueta Maia.

The race unfolds through the streets of Ílhavo, featuring two running segments (two laps of 2.5 km and a final lap of 2.5 km) and a cycling segment with three laps of an approximately 6.4 km urban course. The course is fully marked and controlled, ensuring safety and challenge for all participants.

⏰ Schedule

• 08:00 to 09:30 – Registration and kit pickup at Jardim da Calçada Carlos Paião
• 08:00 – Access to transition area and technical inspection
• 09:40 – Transition area closes
• 10:00 – Duathlon start
• 11:00 – Estimated arrival of the overall winner
• 12:00 – Awards ceremony
