🚶‍♂️ Experience the 5th Edition of Trail dos Flamingos in Nadadouro 2026

Enjoy the magic of Trail dos Flamingos, an event blending adventure and nature in the heart of Nadadouro, Caldas da Rainha. Organized by the Centro de Apoio Social do Nadadouro, this 5th edition offers races for all ages, from kids to adults, with challenging routes and stunning scenery.

The event takes place mainly on trails, rural paths, and dirt roads in the parishes of Nadadouro, Santa Maria, São Pedro, and Sobral da Lagoa. Start and finish are at the Centro de Apoio Social do Nadadouro, near the football field.

The race is semi-self-sufficient, with liquid and solid aid stations where athletes must bring their own water containers.

• Walking – 10 km · Start 09:25 · Cutoff 4h · Open to all
• Dog Walk – ~1.5 km · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 30 min · Open to all, dogs allowed
• Kids Trail – ~1.5 km · Start 09:00 · Cutoff 30 min · Up to 12 years

• 07:30 to 09:15 — Registration
• 09:00 — Kids Trail start
• 09:15 — Trail Sprint start
• 09:25 — Walking start
• 09:30 — Dog Walk start

🎽 Registration includes Sports insurance, bib (except walking and dog walk), technical T-shirt, event souvenir.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 male and female overall finishers in the 16 km Trail Sprint and for the top 3 in each age category.
