🚵‍♂️ VI Asto Trail Mountain Race and IX Mountain March 2026

The Asto Trail Mountain Race 2026 takes place on July 18 in Garai (Bizkaia), organized by Garaiko Triatloi Taldea. The event features three races: a 16 km mountain march, a 16 km short race, and a 26 km long race. Both races count towards the Durangaldeko Cup, while the march is non-competitive.

The routes start and finish at Garai's Herriko Plaza, offering a unique experience through mountain trails and stunning scenery. The races pass peaks such as Sarrimendi, Oiz, and Askako. Aid stations and medical support are provided. Participants must complete the course and follow the rules.

• Mountain March – ±16 km · +700 m elevation gain · Start 08:00 · Cutoff 5h · Non-competitive · 16+ years
• Short Race – ±16 km · +700 m elevation gain · Start 10:00 · Cutoff 3h · 16+ years (parental consent required under 18)
• Long Race – ±26 km · +1300 m elevation gain · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 4h · 18+ years

⏰ Schedule

• July 17: 17:00-20:00 – Bib pickup (Town Hall)
• July 18: 07:15-09:00 – Bib pickup and baggage drop 08:00 – Mountain March start 09:30 – Long Race start 10:00 – Short Race start 13:30 – Awards ceremony at Garai Plaza

• Mountain March is non-competitive
