🚀 Barreiro Machada Night Trail 2026

The 2nd edition of the Barreiro Machada Trail takes place on April 11, 2026, organized by the Barreiro City Council in partnership with Decathlon and supported by Bricomarché and AXL Empreendimentos. This night event offers a unique experience on fantastic trails in the Mata Nacional da Machada, Vale de Zebro - Palhais, Barreiro, with races for all levels and ages.

The course runs mostly on technical trails and forest roads, with some road crossings, requiring mandatory headlamps for safety. Start and finish are at the Environmental Education Center of Mata da Machada.

• Long Trail – 20 km · Start 19:45 · Cutoff 2h15 · Age 18+
• Sprint Trail – 13 km · Start 19:30 · Cutoff 1h30 · Age 18+
• Walk – 8 km · Start 19:15 · Cutoff 1h30 · Open to all
• Kids Trail – 1 km · Start 18:30 · Non-competitive

🎽 Registration includes Personalized bib, technical t-shirt, personal accident insurance, finisher prize, solid and liquid refreshments on course and finish, and other gifts.

🏆 Prizes For Long and Sprint Trail: prizes for top 3 overall male and female finishers and top 3 in each age category (Junior/Senior, Vet I to Vet IV). Top 3 teams also awarded in Long Trail.
