🚴‍♂️ Santa Engrácia Hill Climb Time Trial 2026

The Santa Engrácia Hill Climb is an exciting cycling time trial event taking place on September 27, 2026, in the parish of Gême, Vila Verde. Organized by the Gême Parish Council, this race challenges riders to conquer a steep climb with an average gradient of 16% and ramps up to 21%, promoting cycling and competitive spirit.

The course is approximately 900 meters long, starting and finishing at the Santa Engrácia Chapel. The event consists of two individual uphill runs with simultaneous starts for two riders, where the best time between the two climbs determines the final ranking. Wearing an approved cycling helmet is mandatory, and participation is limited to non-motorized bicycles.
