On May 16, 2026, Seville will make history by hosting DEKA for the first time. Get ready for a day full of energy, challenges and fitness community spirit in one of Spain's most vibrant and captivating cities. Combine your DEKA experience with the art, culture and passion that only Seville can offer.

🔥 What is DEKA?

DEKA is a functional fitness competition created by Spartan that tests strength, endurance and athletic ability through 10 exercise zones interspersed with running. It's the most complete fitness test in the world!

DEKA FIT - The Complete Challenge

• Distance: 5 km
• Zones: 10
• Average time: 50m 30s
• Tests all physical capabilities

DEKA FIT Teams - Teamwork

• Distance: 5 km
• Zones: 10
• Average time: 44m 10s
• 2 athletes per team
• Share the exercises and conquer together!

1. Ram Burpees - 20 reps
2. Rows - 500m on rower
3. Farmers Carry - 100m with kettlebells
4. Box Jump Overs - 20 reps
5. Med Ball Sit-Up Throws - 25 reps
6. Ski Erg - 500m
7. Assault Bike - 20 calories
8. Dead Ball Wall-Overs - 20 reps
9. Tank Push/Pull - 40m round trip
10. Ram Burpees - 20 reps (again!)
