The Estrela Xtreme Triathlon® is an epic challenge taking place in the heart of Portugal's Serra da Estrela Natural Park on September 12-13, 2026. Organized by Estrela - Outdoor Events in partnership with the Municipality of Manteigas, this triathlon features varied distances and a unique mountainous setting.

With Full Distance, Half Distance, Starter, and relay options, the event offers a technical and demanding experience combining lake swimming, cycling with significant elevation gain, and running on roads and forest trails.

• 16:00-21:00 — Registration at Parque da Várzea, Manteigas Saturday, Sept 12:
• 05:00-07:30 — Registration and check-in (Full Distance 05:00-07:30; Half and Starter 06:00-07:30)
• 06:00 — Full Distance start
• 08:00 — Half Distance, Half Relay and Starter start Sunday, Sept 13:
• 11:00 — Awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes Bib, chip and GPS tracker (Full), swim cap, sports insurance, aid stations, shuttle transport between transition areas, timing, event gifts, participation souvenir, athlete wristband, ID stickers, and for Full Distance reflective vest and lights.

🏆 Prizes Finisher medals for all finishers. Trophies for top 3 male and female overall and age groups, plus top 3 relay teams.
