Franqueira Adventure 2026 is an exciting obstacle race taking place at Monte da Franqueira, Barcelos, on May 17, 2026. Organized by Franqueira Adventure with support from Barcelos Municipality, this event offers two categories: Elite and Fun, perfect for those seeking a physical challenge and fun.

The approximately 10 km course runs on off-road trails with various obstacles testing athletes' endurance, balance, and strength. Start and finish are located near the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Franqueira, in a beautiful natural setting.

⏰ Schedule The organization will announce exact start times the week before the event, with staggered group starts to avoid congestion, beginning with Elite category followed by Fun.

🎽 Registration includes Race bib, electronic timing chip, sports insurance, refreshments, and partner gifts. T-shirt available for an additional fee.

🏆 Prizes Elite: Trophies for top 3 overall (M/F). Fun: Trophies for top 3 overall (M/F) and top 3 teams (minimum 4 people). Awards for largest and most original team.
