🏃 Grande Corrida A Previdência Portuguesa 2026

The 3rd edition of the Grande Corrida A Previdência Portuguesa takes place on October 18, 2026, in Coimbra, organized by A Previdência Portuguesa (APP) and the Clube de Veteranos de Atletismo de Coimbra (CluVe), with collaboration from the Associação Distrital de Atletismo de Coimbra (ADAC) and the Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra (ESAC). This event features races for all ages, from the youngest with distances of 600, 1200, and 2400 meters, to junior, senior, and veteran categories with a certified 10 km course.

The 10 km course is measured and certified by World Athletics and the Portuguese Athletics Federation, ensuring quality and accuracy for athletes. The races take place at the Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra, with staggered starts from 09:30 to 11:20, offering a morning full of sport and camaraderie.

🏔️ Races

• 600 meters race (Bambis, Sub10/Benjamins A and B) – Starts at 09:30 and 09:50
• 1200 meters race (Sub14/Infantis) – Starts at 10:05
• 2400 meters race (Sub16/Iniciados and Sub18/Juvenis) – Starts at 10:25
• 10 km race (Sub20/Juniors, Sub23, Seniors, Veterans) – Starts at 11:20

⏰ Schedule

• 08:30 – Secretariat opens for bib collection at Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra
• 09:30 to 11:20 – Race starts according to categories
• October 15 and 16 – Bib and official t-shirt pickup at Casa da Mutualidade, Rua Dr. Manuel Rodrigues, nº 5, Coimbra, from 09:00 to 18:00

🚩 Registration deadline is October 14, 2026, at 23:59. Youth categories registration is free via the FPA platform (www.fpacompeticao.pt). For the 10 km race, registration is on lap2go.com.
