Haritzen Mendi Lasterketa is an exciting mid-altitude mountain race organized by the CAD Tafalla mountain group, held in the heart of Navarra in the Alaitz mountain range. The race challenges athletes to reach the summit of Bagarrigodi (1171m) and enjoy a scenic route through Mediterranean forests.

The race starts and finishes at the Unzué fronton, featuring technical trails, oak and holm oak woods, and karst terrain. There are two variants: the long course of 24.25 km with 1650 m elevation gain, and the short course of 11 km with 550 m elevation gain. Both courses are semi-self-sufficient with several aid stations offering solid and liquid refreshments.

⏰ Schedule

• Friday, May 15: 17:00–20:00 — Bib pickup at Club de Jubilados Arizu, Unzué
• Saturday, May 16: 07:00–08:30 — Bib pickup at Club de Jubilados Arizu 08:30 — Long Course start 09:00 — Short Course start 13:30 — Race end and baggage service close

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, solid and liquid aid stations, baggage service, and medical coverage with ambulances.

🏆 Prizes Awards for male and female categories, absolute and veterans +45 in the long course, and absolute and local categories in the short course. Prizes are not cumulative.
