HYGOES 2026 is a unique functional fitness event inspired by the Hyrox competitive format, held exclusively in Open Doubles category. Organized by Associação Raiz Gois, this race takes place on September 12, 2026, in the town of Góis, offering an intense and dynamic experience for athletes seeking a complete challenge.

The race consists of 8 km running split into 8 segments of 1 km, interspersed with 8 functional stations testing strength, endurance, and technique: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. The running and stations are performed together by the doubles, who must cross the finish line together.
