HYGOES 2026 is a unique race inspired by the competitive Hyrox model, held exclusively in the Open Doubles category (men, women, and mixed). Organized by Associação Raiz Góis, this edition promises an intense and dynamic experience, perfect for athletes seeking a strength and endurance challenge combined with running.

The event takes place in Góis, a charming village in the heart of the Aldeias do Xisto, offering a natural and welcoming setting for this competition. The course includes 8 km of running divided into 8 stages of 1 km, interspersed with 8 functional stations testing participants' strength, endurance, and technique.

The Standard Open format includes stations such as SkiErg, Sled Push and Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls, with weights adjusted for each category. The race is held in doubles who must stay together throughout the course, sharing the effort at the stations.
