In memory of athlete João Maltez, this run and walk take place on June 28, 2026, linking Rio de Moinhos and Glória. Organized by the Grupo Desportivo e Cultural de Rio de Moinhos, the event honors João’s legacy and supports a charitable cause.

The competitive 10 km race and 6.5 km walk are on asphalt, starting at Rio de Moinhos Football Field and finishing at Glória Sports Hall. There are also kids’ races with adapted distances.

🎽 Registration includes Bib, technical t-shirt, sports insurance, liquid and solid refreshments during and after the race, finisher prize, and gifts.

🏆 Prizes Medals and trophies for top finishers by category and overall. Monetary prizes for top 5 in the 10 km run, plus special awards for oldest participants and locals.
