What is the event schedule?

Registration opens on October 24 at 16:00 and on race day at 07:30. The races start at 09:00 on October 25.

Registrations are done online at www.acorrer.pt until October 18 or until spots run out.

Where does the event take place?

The event takes place in Mangualde, with start and finish at a location set by the organizers, following natural trails in the region.

What equipment is mandatory?

Athletes must wear a visible bib, carry a mobile phone, liquid reserve, thermal blanket, and whistle (except for the walk).

About the Event

🚵‍♂️ Mangualde Trail - Desafio dos Santos 2026

Mangualde Trail - Desafio dos Santos is a trail running race organized by Montanha Clube Mangualde in partnership with the Municipality of Mangualde, part of the traditional Feira dos Santos festival. This is the 2nd edition of an event that combines sport, nature, and local culture, celebrating mountain passion and community spirit.

The routes follow well-marked trails with arrows and ribbons, crossing autumn landscapes and natural paths around Mangualde. Start and finish locations are set by the organizers, with elevation gains varying by race.

Long Trail – approx. 25 km / 1000 m ascent · Start 09:00 · 18+ years
Short Trail – approx. 15 km / 500 m ascent · Start 09:05 · 15+ years
Mini Trail – approx. 8 km / 250 m ascent · Start 09:10 · 11+ years
Walk – approx. 8 km / 250 m ascent · Start 09:10 · No age limit
