Experience the thrill of mountain biking amidst the stunning landscapes of Arico, Tenerife! A two-day event testing your skill and endurance.

OLEO TEIDE ARICO MTB is a mountain bike race organized by the Youth and Sports Department of Villa de Arico City Council and the Club Ciclista Ayosa, supported by the Canary Islands Cycling Federation. It takes place on May 30 and 31, 2026, featuring a time trial on the first day and a marathon with two distances on the second day. This official event follows UCI and RFEC regulations, ensuring a technical and competitive challenge.

The course runs through coastal and mid-altitude zones of Arico, with varied terrain including technical trails, fast descents, and demanding climbs. Start and finish are near the square of the coastal neighborhood La Punta de Abona. The race is semi-self-sufficient, with two aid stations for the 25 km and 50 km distances.

• Thursday, May 28: Bib pickup in San Isidro, 17:00–20:00
• Friday, May 29: Bib pickup in Porís de Abona, 17:00–20:00
• Saturday, May 30: Time Trial from 10:00
• Sunday, May 31: Marathon at 09:00
• Around 14:00: Awards ceremony at finish line

🎽 Registration includes Personalized bib, chip timing, reusable bag, water bottle, sports supplements, technical shirt, solid and liquid aid stations, medical assistance, emergency plan, and post-race meal.
