🚵‍♂️ Poço Negro Trail 2026: Challenge yourself in Serra da Boneca! 🌄

The 9th edition of Poço Negro Trail takes place on July 5, 2026, in Penafiel, organized by the Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Freguesia de Rio Mau. This charity event donates registration fees to support the local community, offering a unique trail running and walking experience in stunning natural surroundings.

The course runs through trails in Serra da Boneca, Estivada, and the Rio Mau valley, featuring mountain terrain and preserved nature. Start and finish are located in Rio Mau parish. The race is semi-self-sufficient; athletes must bring their own hydration containers as cups will not be provided at aid stations.
