🏃‍♂️ Ponle Freno Madrid 2026: Run for a meaningful cause in Spain's capital!

The Ponle Freno Madrid race celebrates its 18th edition on Sunday, November 15, 2026, organized by Last Lap SL from the ATRESMEDIA group with sponsorship from AXA and collaboration from the Madrid City Council. All registration fees are donated to projects supporting traffic accident victims.

The race takes place on an urban circuit with start and finish at Paseo de Recoletos, near Jorge Juan, in the heart of Madrid. Participants can choose between 5 km and 10 km circuits, including a Handbike category for athletes with physical disabilities.

• 10 km Circuit – Start 09:00 · Cutoff 1h 15 min · Absolute male and female categories
• 10 km Handbike Circuit – Start 09:00 · Non-competitive · Male and female categories

• 09:00 — Start of all races

🎽 Registration includes Race bib with chip, t-shirt (given in order of bib collection), sports insurance, refreshments, cloakroom, photo report, and event summary video.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 5 km and 10 km races. Junior category exclusive for under 14 years old.
