Discover the Pulse Hybrid Challenge, a unique competition combining running and functional strength and endurance exercises, taking place in Jaén on April 11, 2026. A dynamic and challenging event for individuals, pairs, and teams, organized by Pulse Hybrid Challenge in collaboration with the Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Jaén and the Patronato municipal de deportes de Jaén.

The race consists of 8 segments of 500 meters running interspersed with functional exercise stations, totaling 4 km of running. Weights and repetitions vary according to the participant's category and gender, ensuring a balanced challenge for all.

The course takes place in an urban environment with specific warm-up and recovery zones, medical support, and volunteers at all stations to ensure safety and strict control.

• Individual – 4 km running + 8 functional workouts · Male and female individual categories · From 16 years old with authorization
• Pairs – 4 km running + 8 workouts in relay format · Male, female, and mixed · From 16 years old with authorization
• Teams – 4 km running + 8 workouts in relay format for teams of 3 athletes · Male, female, and mixed

⏰ Schedule

• The event runs in waves of 5 to 20 athletes, with starts every 10 minutes.
• Warm-up areas before the race and recovery zone after the finish line with refreshments and medical assistance.
