The Intermunicipal Cup 3H MTB Endurance is an intermunicipal mountain bike endurance race organized by the Lisbon Cycling Association with local partners. This edition features six races across municipalities in the Lisbon region, including the night race at Jamor, Oeiras, on September 19, 2026.

Open to licensed and non-licensed riders aged 5 and up, including youth categories and e-Bikes. The main race is a 3-hour endurance on a closed circuit of 4 to 7 km, with start boxes organized by category and registration order. Youth races have specific circuits from 500 meters to 3 km with adapted durations.

The Jamor race is at night, requiring mandatory lighting for main races, with marked technical and refreshment zones. The organization provides technical assistance, first aid, insurance, and electronic chip timing.
