🚵‍♂️ Trail Bem Viver 2026 – Challenge yourself in the nature of Marco de Canaveses!

Trail Bem Viver 2026 takes place on May 10 in Magrelos, Marco de Canaveses, organized by Grupo Desportivo de Magrelos in partnership with the Junta de Freguesia de Bem Viver and the City Hall. This is the 4th edition of an event certified by the Portuguese Athletics Federation, ATRP, ITRA, and UTMB, offering a unique trail running experience with races for all levels, including a walk and a kids' race.

The courses start and finish at Alto da Forca, crossing trails, rural paths, forest roads, and streams, with elevation gains up to 1600 meters. The race is semi-self-supported, with solid and liquid aid stations but no disposable cups – bring your own water container!

• Trail Bem Viver Short – 20 km · Start 09:00 · Cutoff 5h · Minimum age 18
• Trail Bem Viver Mini – 14 km · Start 09:15 · Cutoff 4h · Minimum age 16 (with authorization)
• Bem Viver Walk – 10 km · Start 09:20 · Cutoff 4h · Non-competitive, no age limit
• Trail Kids – races for children aged 5 to 15, with adapted distances and separate registration
