Trail Cabezo de las Cruces is a mountain race held on May 2, 2026, in Cortes de Arenoso, Castellón. Organized by the Cortes de Arenoso Town Hall with support from the Castellón Provincial Council and local associations, this event features two options: a challenging 22 km trail and a non-competitive 5 km walking march.

The 22 km circular route has a total positive elevation gain of 1000 meters, with about three quarters of the course on trails and old paths connecting inhabited farmhouses. The ascent to Cabezo de la Cruz, the second highest peak in Castellón at 1710 meters, is the race highlight. Start and finish are at Plaza de las Fuentes, with checkpoints and solid and liquid aid stations every 6 km.

The 5 km walking march is open to all ages, starting at 09:30 with a liquid aid station. The race is semi-self-sufficient: participants must bring their own cup or container for hydration.
