The Trail starts at 15:00, the Walk at 15:20, and Kids races from 15:40.

The event takes place in Lamego, with starts at Avenida Dr. Alfredo de Sousa and Freguesia de Ferreiros.

What equipment should I bring?

For the Trail, bring a backpack, water, rain jacket, and whistle; for the walk, poles and comfortable clothing.
