Discover the natural beauty of Penalva do Castelo with Trail das Antas, a challenging event featuring three unique routes, organized by the União de Freguesias de Antas e Matela and the Municipality of Penalva do Castelo.

In its 2nd edition, this event offers an authentic experience on marked trails, perfect for trail runners and walkers, with start and finish at Praça S. Vicente in Antas.

The routes include natural trails with clear signage, providing a safe and exciting adventure in nature. The event takes place regardless of weather conditions, with medical support and control points along the course.

⏰ Schedule Saturday, May 23, 2026: 10:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 20:00 — Registration at Praça S. Vicente, Antas Sunday, May 24, 2026: 07:30 — Registration opens at start area 08:30 — Registration closes 08:40 — Warm-up 08:55 — Briefing 09:00 — Start Long and Short Trail 09:10 — Start Walk 13:00 — Awards ceremony (may be earlier)

🎽 Registration includes Participation, bib number, technical t-shirt, finisher medal (trail), solid and liquid refreshments, personal accident insurance, timing, lunch voucher (optional), gifts, and access to changing rooms.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall male and female in each trail, age category prizes, and prizes for the 3 largest teams (min. 15 participants) with regional products.
