Discover the natural beauty and challenge of the 3rd Trail de Rio de Moinhos, taking place on October 18, 2026, in Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres, Rio de Moinhos, Sátão. Organized by local residents, this event is perfect for trail lovers seeking an authentic experience on marked trails and stunning scenery.

The event offers three distinct routes: the Long Trail of approximately 23 km, the Mini Trail of about 13 km, and an 11 km Walk, suitable for different fitness levels and ages. All routes are marked with arrows and ribbons for easy navigation, with solid and liquid aid stations and medical support at the finish.

Sunday, October 18:

• 07:00 – Registration and bib pick-up at the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres
• 08:55 – Registration closes
• 09:00 – Long Trail start
• 09:10 – Mini Trail and Walk start
• 10:10 – Expected arrival of first Mini Trail/Walk athlete
• 10:25 – Expected arrival of first Long Trail athlete
• 11:30 – Awards ceremony
• 12:00 – Social lunch

🎽 Registration includes Bib, event t-shirt, sports insurance, lunch voucher, solid and liquid supplies, transport in case of withdrawal, access to changing rooms, and gifts.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 male and female overall finishers in Long and Mini Trail, prizes for the top 3 in each age group, participation medal for all finishers of Long and Mini Trail, prize for the most represented team (minimum 15 athletes), and prize for the oldest participant.
