The Trail Rios e Levadas Teaga Aventura is an exciting trail running event organized by Associação Académica de Santa Cruz, taking place on September 13, 2026, in the village of Santa Cruz - Arcozelo das Maias, Oliveira de Frades, Viseu district. This race stands out for its connection with nature and challenging trails along rivers and levadas, offering a unique experience for trail lovers.

The event features three distinct races: the Long Trail of 21 km, the Short Trail of 14 km, and a 10 km Walk, all starting and finishing at the Associação Académica de Santa Cruz headquarters. The routes are mostly on trails and rural paths, crossing agricultural and natural areas, requiring respect for traffic rules and the environment.

The races are semi-self-supported, with solid and liquid aid stations at designated points. Each athlete must bring their own hydration container as no disposable cups or bottles will be provided.

🎽 Registration includes Bib number, personal accident insurance, event t-shirt, solid and liquid aid stations, showers, fire brigade support, photography, and other organization offers.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 male and female overall finishers in the 21 km and 14 km races. Team classification based on the top 3 overall finishers; minimum 3 finishers per team required. Age categories from Sub 23 to Veterans M60/F60.
