Experience the thrill of running in the heart of the Pyrenees with Trail Valle de Tena 2026! A challenging trail running event set in stunning natural landscapes, organized by the Valle de Tena Tourist Association and the Municipality of Panticosa.

This sports event takes place in Panticosa, Huesca, Spain, on September 5-6, 2026, offering multiple trail races of various distances and difficulty levels, including a relay race. It’s a unique experience for trail lovers, with routes crossing mountains, valleys, and protected areas of the Ordesa Viñamala Biosphere Reserve.

Courses start and finish at Plaza La Iglesia in Panticosa, featuring high mountain terrain, technical and demanding trails, with significant elevation gain. The race is semi-self-supported, with aid stations and checkpoints along the way. Pole use is allowed and mandatory if chosen. The event includes mandatory gear checks and GPS tracking devices for participant safety.

• 4K – 42.5 km, 3510 m ascent · Start 08:00 (Sept 5)
• 2K – 20 km, 1230 m ascent · Start 08:00 (Sept 6)
• 1K – 11 km, 620 m ascent · Start 09:00 (Sept 6) · Minimum age 15
• 0.5K – 5.5 km, 273 m ascent · Start 10:00 (Sept 5) · Children, cadet and youth categories
• Mini Trail 2 km, 50 m ascent and 4 km, 100 m ascent (2 laps) · Start 10:00 (Sept 5) · Ages 4 to 12 (under 7 accompanied)
