🌊 IV Solidarity Swim Crossing La Manga 2026

The IV Solidarity Swim Crossing La Manga in Cartagena is an exciting open water swimming event with a charitable cause, organized by La Manga Activa with support from the Murcian Swimming Federation, La Manga Consortium, and Cartagena City Council. This event is the 2nd stage of the 2026 Regional Open Water Swimming League and raises funds to fight HIV/AIDS in Mozambique through the Vicente Ferrer Foundation.

📍 The race takes place at Levante Beach, with start and finish at the Hotel Entremares located at km 1 of La Manga. Swimmers will enjoy a safe course marked by buoys in a stunning maritime setting, supported by safety boats and personnel.

🏊‍♂️ The event offers two distances: 3,300 meters for licensed federated swimmers and 1,500 meters for the popular race. Participation is open to those aged 12+ for the short distance and 14+ for the long distance, with parental authorization required for minors.

🗓️ Schedule:

• 08:30 to 09:30 — Cap and chip collection at Hotel Entremares
• 10:00 — 3,300 m start
• 10:10 — 1,500 m start
• 12:00 — Awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes accident insurance, exclusive Brazadas Solidarias swim cap, medical assistance, refreshments at finish, chip timing, and classification.
