The race features two variants: the long 4.5 km starting at CN Dos Mares in La Manga and finishing at CN Los Nietos, and the short 1.5 km starting and finishing at CN Los Nietos. The competition takes place in a safe and controlled maritime environment, perfect for swimmers of all levels.

⏰ Schedule

• 07:30 to 08:30 — Cap delivery for the long race at CN Los Nietos
• 08:30 to 09:15 — Boat transport to start at CN Dos Mares (La Manga)
• 10:00 — Long race start (4.5 km)
• 11:00 to 12:00 — Cap delivery for the short race at CN Los Nietos
• 12:30 — Short race start (1.5 km)
• 14:00 — Awards ceremony
• 14:30 — Meal for participants
