🚴‍♂️ Swallows Triathlon 2026 Discover the charm of the Swallows Triathlon, a unique event combining sport, nature, and challenge in the stunning landscape of Sobradelo da Goma, Póvoa de Lanhoso.

Organized by Grupo Desportivo da Goma in collaboration with the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, this sprint triathlon is perfect for athletes looking to push their limits in a safe and welcoming environment, with options for individuals and relay teams.

The course includes a 750m swim in the Swallows dam, 20 km cycling over two laps through local parishes, and a 5 km run with half the route on road and half on dirt, with strategic aid stations to keep you fueled.

🎽 Registration includes Personalized bib (payments until June 8), open water safety buoy, finisher medal, lunch (sandwich + drink), liquid and solid refreshments at the finish, chip timing, first aid, medical assistance, access to changing rooms, and personal accident insurance.
