Organized by Swimrun Portugal with support from the Municipality of Grândola and Clube Amiciclo Grândola, this 4th edition includes the Swimrun Kids format to introduce youngsters to the sport.

The race starts and finishes at Praia Tróia Mar, traversing vast sandy beaches, wild sandbanks, the Caldeira lagoon, and the Sado estuary, with the Arrábida mountain range as a stunning backdrop. The terrain combines swim and run segments with strategic transitions for a complete challenge.

• Sprint – 15.1 km (Swim 3.2 km, Run 11.9 km) · Start 09:15 · Cutoff 4h · Individual only · Minimum age 18 (16 with authorization)
• Experience – 10.8 km (Swim 1.2 km, Run 9.6 km) · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 3h · Individual only · Minimum age 18 (16 with authorization)
• Kids – Adapted distances for Benjamins, Infants/Starters and Juveniles · Start 14:00 · Ages 6 to 15
