🏊‍♂️🏃‍♀️ TROIA Swimrun 2026 – A unique challenge between sea and mountains!

TROIA Swimrun is an unmissable event combining swimming and running in the stunning natural setting of the Tróia Peninsula, Portugal. Organized by Swimrun Portugal in partnership with the Municipality of Grândola and Clube Amiciclo Grândola, this 4th edition offers a challenging and engaging sporting experience with routes crossing beaches, trails, and breathtaking landscapes.

The race takes place at the magnificent Praia Tróia Mar, with start and finish at the same location, offering golden sands, blue sea, and the Serra da Arrábida as a backdrop. The course includes open water swimming segments and trail runs with some difficulty, requiring good physical and technical preparation.

• Sprint (Individual) – 15.1 km (3.2 km swim + 11.9 km run) · Start 09:15 · Cutoff 4h · Minimum age 18
• Experience (Individual) – 10.8 km (1.2 km swim + 9.6 km run) · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 3h · Minimum age 18
• Kids (Individual) – various distances for ages 6 to 15 · Start 14:00
