The VII Madeira Island Ultra Swim is an open water swimming competition held on May 23-24, 2026, on the stunning island of Porto Santo, Madeira. Organized by the Madeira Swimming Association, this event is part of the Madeira Open Water Championship 2025/2026 and welcomes both federated and non-federated swimmers for exciting races in crystal-clear waters.

Races take place in the sea on a circular circuit, starting and finishing at the Porto Santo Naval Club. The course is marked by buoys that must be rounded correctly, with a high level of difficulty due to sea currents and navigation challenges. Safety is ensured by support boats and medical services.
