🏃‍♂️ VIII Cáritas Sierra Solidarity Run 2026

Join this solidarity run on May 9 in El Escorial, Madrid, and run for a great cause supported by Cáritas Diocesana de Madrid.

Organized by Cáritas Diocesana de Madrid with support from the El Escorial City Council, this eighth edition features a mainly urban 5 km circuit that can be run once or twice to choose between 5 km or 10 km. Start and finish are at the iconic Plaza de España, in front of the City Hall.

The course is mostly urban with a dirt section in the Manguilla park, suitable for runners of all levels. Both distances start simultaneously at 11:00 AM. Participation is limited to 300 runners and requires prior registration.

⏰ Schedule 09:00 – Secretariat opens and bib pickup 10:00 – Bib pickup 11:00 – Simultaneous start of 5 km and 10 km races

🎽 Registration includes Official t-shirt, runner's bag, bib, accident and liability insurance, liquid refreshment at finish (5 km) and intermediate point (10 km).

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 male and female finishers in both distances, and for the top 3 under-12 in the 5 km race.
