🏃 XIII Madrid Race in March Against Cancer 2026

Join this iconic charity race in the heart of Madrid and run or walk to support the fight against cancer. Organized by the Spanish Association Against Cancer, this edition offers urban circuits for all levels and ages.

The race takes place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, with two main routes: a 10 km circuit exclusive for runners and a 4.5 km run/walk circuit, ideal for families and participants of all ages. The start is at Paseo de la Castellana and finish at Paseo de Recoletos, near Plaza de Colón.

Both circuits run through urban roads, with a festive and supportive atmosphere. There will be a liquid refreshment point on the 10 km circuit and another at the finish for all participants. The non-competitive kids' races start at 12:00 at Plaza del Descubrimiento.
