🌊 21st Edition La Baells Crossing 2026 Enjoy a unique open water swimming experience at the stunning La Baells Dam, Cercs, Barcelona. This crossing is perfect for all levels, with races adapted for children and adults.

The La Baells Crossing is a well-established event offering three open water swimming races, organized with care and safety. With constant supervision and medical assistance, it’s an ideal chance to enjoy sport and nature in a spectacular setting.

Races take place at La Baells Dam, with triangular courses marked by buoys, ensuring a safe and exciting experience. Wetsuit use is prohibited unless water temperature falls below 18°C. Participants must wear a swim cap and goggles.

🏔️ Races

• Children’s Race – ±0.35 km · Under 14 years · Out-and-back to buoy at 175 m
• Short Crossing – 0.75 km · From 14 years · Triangular course
• Long Crossing – 2.0 km · From 16 years · Larger triangular course
• Pack 2 Crossings (750m + 2000m) · Combination of both adult races

⏰ Schedule Saturday, September 5, 2026:

• Staggered starts by age group and distance as organized
• Results published the same day
