The 3rd edition of the Trail Winter Challenge S.A. takes place on December 13, 2026, Sunday, starting and finishing at Praia Baleia / Hotel Vila Galé in Ericeira. This event celebrates trail running and walking in a natural environment, promoting zero environmental impact sport and nature preservation, in partnership with the @saveour_home_ project and the Plogging initiative.

The course runs through trails, hills, and valleys with stunning coastal views, mostly natural terrain that challenges participants to experience the beauty of the Mafra municipality. The organization emphasizes ecological commitment, asking athletes to carry their own hydration containers and collect litter during the walk.
