Dive into a unique open water swimming experience in the beautiful Mar Menor, organized by La Manga Activa. This third edition offers two exciting distances to challenge your limits and enjoy spectacular surroundings.

The race runs between the Dos Mares Nautical Club in La Manga and the Los Nietos Nautical Club, with buoys marking the course for safety and guidance. In adverse conditions, the organizers reserve the right to modify the route to ensure the best experience and safety.

• Long 4,500 m – Start 10:00 from CN Dos Mares (La Manga) · Cutoff 2h · Minimum age 18 years
• Short 1,500 m – Start 12:20 from CN Los Nietos · Minimum age 14 years (minors with authorization)

⏰ Schedule

• 07:00 to 08:30 – Cap delivery at CN Los Nietos
• 08:30 to 09:15 – Boat transport to start at CN Dos Mares
• 09:00 to 09:45 – Cap delivery at CN Dos Mares
• 10:00 – 4,500 m start
• 12:20 – 1,500 m start
• 13:40 – Awards ceremony
• 14:00 – Meal for participants

🎽 Registration includes Right to participate, boat transport to start, exclusive cap, finisher medal, accident insurance, assistance during and after the race, refreshment at finish, meal and drink, chip timing, showers, changing rooms and cloakroom.

🏆 Prizes Finisher medal for all in the long distance, trophies for top three overall and category winners in the long distance, medals for the short distance.
